Oil or not ?

Friday, October 30th, 2009

The U. S. Geological Service issued a report in April (‘08) that only scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big. It was a revised report (hadn’t been updated since ‘95) on how much oil was in this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota ; western South Dakota ; and extreme eastern Montana …. check THIS out: The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska ’s Prudhoe Bay , and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign oil. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion barrels. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable…. at $107 a barrel, we’re looking at a resource base worth more than $5.3 trillion. ‘When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see their jaws hit the floor. They had no idea..’ says Terry Johnson, the Montana Legislature’s financial analyst. ‘This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field found in the past 56 years’ reports, The Pittsburgh Post Gazette. It’s a formation known as the Williston Basin , but is more commonly referred to as the ‘Bakken.’ And it stretches from Northern Montana, through North Dakota and into Canada . For years, U. S. oil exploration has been considered a dead end.. Even the ‘Big Oil’ companies gave up searching for major oil wells decades ago. However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken’s massive reserves…. and we now have access of up to 500 billion barrels. And because this is light, sweet oil, those billions of barrels will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL! That’s enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years straight. 2. And if THAT didn’t throw you on the floor, then this next one should – because it’s from TWO YEARS AGO! U. S. Oil Discovery- Largest Reserve in the World!Stansberry Report Online – 4/20/2006 Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lies the largest untapped oil reserve in the world. It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels. On August 8, 2005 President Bush mandated its extraction. In three and a half years of high oil prices none has been extracted. With this motherload of oil why are we still fighting over off-shore drilling? They reported this stunning news: We have more oil inside our borders, than all the other proven reserves on earth. Here are the official estimates: – 8-times as much oil as Saudi Arabia- 18-times as much oil as Iraq- 21-times as much oil as Kuwait- 22-times as much oil as Iran- 500-times as much oil as Yemen- and it’s all right here in the Western United States . HOW can this BE? HOW can we NOT BE extracting this? Because the environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America become independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of people dictate our lives and our economy…..WHY? James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we’ve got more oil in this very compact area than the entire Middle East -more than 2 TRILLION barrels untapped. That’s more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in the world today, reports The Denver Post. Don’t think ‘OPEC’ will drop its price – even with this find? Think again! It’s all about the competitive marketplace, – it has to. Think OPEC just might be funding the environmentalists? Got your attention/ire up yet? Hope so! Now, while you’re thinking about it …. and hopefully P.O’d, do this: 3. Pass this along. If you don’t take a little time to do this, then you should stifle yourself the next time you want to complain about gas prices— because by doing NOTHING, you’ve forfeited your right to complain.——–Now I just wonder what would happen in this country if every one of you sent this to every one in your address book.By the way…this is all true. Check it out at the link below!!!GOOGLE it or follow this link. It will blow your mind.. http://www.usgs.gov/newsroom/article.asp?ID=1911

From Naval Aviator, Commander Jerry Wilson

We lived in California during the winters of 2007 and 2008. We became addicted to Fox News and watched O’Reilly and Hannity and Colmes every night. When we got back home, we upgraded our cable to get Fox. I watched the Presidential campaign very closely. Initially, because I thought the Democrats would nominate Hillary Clinton and then in astonishment when they chose an even more hard-left candidate. All of last year I told everyone I could that Obama was not a Democrat, he is a Marxist. He is far to the left of any European leader and even our far left party, the NDP.

I read Saul Alinsky when I was in the University. I studied him and his writing carefully. When Bill Ayers and his idiot wife were bombing and killing people at random in the Weather Underground, the Weather Underground and the Black Panthers were closely allied. I read David Horowitz’s account of changing from a Marxist to a conservative after seeing that the government was afraid to prosecute members of the Panthers for murdering his personal assistant. He suddenly understood the evil that Marxism really was.

After the student radicals failed in creating a Marxist revolution in the United States by violent means, they embraced Alinsky. You would be wise to read “Rules for Radicals” because it outlines how Hillary and Obama planned to get into power, and what they intended to do when they got it.

Socialism is not the correct description for what Obama and the Democrats are doing. They are going to be much more far reaching than anything Sweden has ever been able to do. Obama is following Alinsky’s plans, those set out in “Rules for Radicals” and his other writing. The Democrats are attempting to create one party rule in the U.S. And in achieving that, will create crisis after crisis by their own actions and use those crisis to nationalize the means of production in the U.S. We are in the middle of a communist revolution and few in the U.S. can actually see it for what it truly is.

The U.S. is now on the path of financial destruction. The Constitution has been shredded and individual human rights are being trampled. In less than 8 months. Obama has used a recession to take over the two largest industries in the U.S. He will debase the Dollar and is on the road to creating an incredible energy shortage that will allow him and Congress to take over the energy industry.

But by and large I think that by the 2010 elections, the Democrats will have gerrymandered electoral districts to the point that it will be impossible for them to lose control of both houses of Congress. The incredible increase in the money supply is going to create Zimbabwe and Venezuela style inflation, and with it, controls on the currency and the amount of money that can be taken out of the country.

I love America , I cannot believe how the ignorance of the American public has created a situation whereby they are going to lose their Republic and slip into an age of repression and tyranny.

I may be nuts, but so far I have been 100% in my predictions of what Obama was going to do, because I merely had to look at “Rules for Radicals” to see what was coming next.

I read Glenn Beck’s book, “Common Sense” and in it re-read Thomas Paines pamphlet with the same name. I recommend the book.

When the storm finally hits (and it will), those of you who supported the Obama administration will be affected as well. It won’t just be us gun owners or Flat-Taxers, or Pro-Lifers that get hit. You’ll be right there next to us.

You all thought the Conservatives were nut cases. You know, all of us who believe in God, small government, the Second Amendment, etc. You thought you could just go back to sleep after the election was over. In your world, America will continue as before. You’ll still have the same rights, the same nice house, the same big screen television. After all, your high school football team won and the other team lost – go team! Even if you have bothered to look up from the daily grind since Nov 4th, you dismissed everything that has occurred as “politics as usual–the same old stuff”.

In the end, it’ll all be OK won’t it? Not this time.

There are a growing number of citizens in the US that are ready to fight to shut down the government’s grab of personal freedom, it’s blatant abuse of the constitution, and it’s attempt to replace the American way of life with socialism/communism. You have to listen carefully to hear them, but they are there. I won’t start that fight, but when it goes down I will join it.

As for you, why, you’ll be shocked because you didn’t see it coming. And eventually you’ll be saddened when you see that we have truly lost the way of life with which you grew up. You’ll be saddened that your children and grandchildren live in a socialist/communist, government-controlled gulag where their every movement from cradle to grave is tracked by the government. But most of all, you’ll be saddened by the death of friends and relatives who are brave enough to fight and die for something they believe in.

You know, McCain wasn’t much of a candidate. I’ll give you that. He was the lesser of two evils for most of us. I don’t blame you for not voting for him since, at the time, you didn’t know what we all know now. But at least John McCain was an American. He was a supporter of the American way o f life and he understood that you can’t negotiate with terrorists. He understood and appreciated the sacrifice made by my father and other members of the Greatest Generation.

Mark my words friends. All across America groups are forming. They are forming out of anger and out of desperation at the thought of losing America . They’re not militia groups or terrorists as the Department of Homeland security would have you believe; they are Americans, loyal to the constitution. They are mothers and fathers and grandparents. They belong to groups like the Minutemen Civil Defense Corps, the Peaceful Resistance, the Constitution Party, the Young Conservatives, the 9/12 Project, and Grassfire. Right now they are fragmented, each focused on their own cause. But sometime in the next two years, our government is going to do something really stupid and these groups will come together. Watch for it, wait for it–get ready. It will happen.

When that event happens, whatever “it” is, our great country is going to plunge into chaos for a while. I pray to God that we make it through that time and emerge a stronger, smarter country.

Live Free or Die Fighting

Letter to the president.

Saturday, October 24th, 2009

Dear Mr. President:

I’m planning to move my family and extended family into Mexico for my health, and I would like to ask you to assist me.

We’re planning to simply walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and we’ll need your help to make a few arrangements.

We plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws.

I’m sure they handle those things the same way you do here. So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Calderon, that

I’m on my way over?

Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.

3. Please print all Mexican government forms in English.

4. I want my grandkids to be taught Spanish by English-speaking (bi-lingual) teachers.

5. Tell their schools they need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my grandkids to see the American flag on one of the flag poles at their school.

7. Please plan to feed my grandkids at school for both breakfast and lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver’s license so I can get easy access to government services.

9. I do plan to get a car and drive in Mexico, but, I don’t plan to purchase car insurance, and I probably won’t make any special effort to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from their president to leave me alone, please be sure that every patrol car has at least one English-speaking officer.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put U S. flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, or have any labor or tax laws enforced on any business I may start.

13. Please have the president tell all the Mexican people to be extremely nice and never say critical things about me or my family, or about the strain we might place on their economy.

14. I want to receive free food stamps.

15. Naturally, I’ll expect free rent subsidies.

16. I’ll need Income tax credits so although I don’t pay Mexican Taxes, I’ll receive money from the government.

17. Please arrange it so that the Mexican Gov’t pays $ 4,500 to help me buy a new car.

18. Oh yes, I almost forgot, please enroll me free into the Mexican Social Security program so that I’ll get a monthly income in retirement.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all his people who walk over to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that

President Calderon won’t mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

Thank you so much for your kind help. You’re the man!!!

Say good bye

To another freedom of speech right, brought to you by the U.S. Constitution, as the govt. spreads it’s net of control over the Net!!

Like so many govt. initiatives they all begin or are created for a “good-sounding” cause. But as history shows us and is our BEST teacher, everything that the govt. gets it hands on, mostly for good reasons in the beginning, usually morphs into something horribly else not even imagined from the beginning.

YES, we’re talking about uncle obuma controlling your internet experience.

YES, he’s gonna break the backs of those evil, capitalist internet providers who:

1. Won’t bring the internet to your rural home anytime soon.

2. Block content and sites on a whim.

3. Won’t block those evil spammers that constantly make your life SO difficult by having to hit that Delete button so often in your e-mail.

4. Won’t protect the un-aware who continually fall for the “You Won the Zimbabwe Million Dollar Lottery” scam, despite common sense telling them that they shouldn’t HAVE TO PAY anything to WIN a prize!!

5. AND LASTLY, listen carefully!! He’s gonna BLOCK those EVIL bloggers who DISAGREE WITH HIM cause they just DON’T have the facts. Because, you know, everybody LOVES obuma when they get to know him!!

Hugo Chavez WILL be SO PROUD!!

Big banks.

Thursday, October 22nd, 2009

Ok I usually post news or things I see as interesting. Today I’m going to stray a bit so bare with me.

A few days ago we had a debate in a chat i enjoy participating in. The debate was do preppers want marxism? Now before i get into this you must understand the context. A member said that he didnt like big banks. Now from my research thats the start of marxism, the removal of the banking sector. This fact was pointed out to him by another, and thats when the debate started.

Now first lets look at a few facts, or facts as i see them. Firstly the first member i’ll call prepper sees things as i do. We do not want the destruction of the banking sector. But big banks are another story. We have all heard the saying “those with the money make the rules”. I do believe there are banks among other companies that do hold enough power to influence government. Perhaps not as a “do as i say” type influence but if a group helped get a politician elected that politician will be in debt to them. Its not just about money, its about power. I dont see a huge differance in republican or demacrat, its the fact if they associate with powerful banking they will allow them to do whats best for them.

Second the other chatter i’ll call banker. He didnt really listen very well, he assumed that if you want big banks gone then you must want them all gone. By big banks i’m reffering to world type banks such as the ones in bilderberg group, not like bank of america. I will freely admit i dont understand banking to a debatable level, but then i do understand human nature. Human nature tells me that if a preson or a group can control they most often will attemp to control.

So back to the question at hand. Do preppers want marxism? The answer to that is no, nor do we want banks gone. We do however do not like any bank or group having enough power to influence a sitting president or congress. I have no way to conclusively proove that any group holds that much power. But if i fall back to the human nature part, most surely some do and are unafraid to use that power to their own ends.

Yhe honest truth is actually simple, we as adults do not need or want others to influence our daily lives. To us it doesnt matter if its a bank or a sitting president. Just leave us alone, do what you were elected to do and follow the oath you took upon entering office.

Bad or good.

An internal congressional report questioning the ability of the Secret Service to continue fulfilling its duties was leaked to the Boston Globe. The report says the Secret Service is strained by a drastic increase in threats to President Obama, coupled with deep budget cuts. Some are speculating that the agency may need to relinquish all or part of its roles in protecting the country’s financial machinery in order to focus resources on the protection of the president and other high-profile leaders.

The report, issued in August by the Congressional Research Service, claimed that if “an evaluation of the service’s two missions” were to be done at this time, there’s a good possibility that “it might be determined that it is ineffective…to conduct its protection mission and investigate financial crimes.” Additionally, an anonymously quoted government official said that many inside the halls of Congress and within the Secret Service itself are questioning whether or not the agency’s effectiveness wouldn’t be enhanced by transferring some of its responsibilities regarding the investigation of financial crimes over to the Treasury Department.

Talking Points Memo noted that Ronald Kessler, the author of a recently released book on the Secret Service’s protection of U.S. presidents, recently said that threats against President Obama are up 400 percent from the number of threats levied against former President George W. Bush, while the size of the agency’s staff has only increased by 5.3 percent.

The Southern Poverty Law Center says that the U.S. has seen a 35 percent rise in hate groups in recent years, and few doubt that the discontent stirred up over the election of an African-American president is fueling the rise in threats. But, could the influx of modern technology also be to blame?

As the cost of computer technology has fallen (and accessibility to high-speed Internet service has spread), more and more people are spending more and more time online. Accordingly, these people are doing what people often do on the Internet: sending emails, communicating in chat rooms and on social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace, watching YouTube videos, etc. According to results of a recent study by the Simon Wiesenthal Center, these activities seem to be enhancing the scope of extremist groups’ reach:

With over 200 million users, online bigots have to date outpaced efforts to remove them. Some sites have thousands of friends, thus enabling the message of hate to spread virally…This user-generated material increases the viral spread of extremism online and aids in increasing the social acceptability of hate in mainstream discourse. By creating an environment where users are equal participants in the Web, all editorial functions are removed and expressions of hate can easily flow unchallenged.

In other words, extremists once confined to small sects can now congregate on the Internet anonymously and distribute propaganda to millions of people in mere seconds. People with extreme views can also now communicate direct threats to individuals quicker and more easily than they have previously, thanks to the immediacy of email and chat rooms.

The Secret Service, presently housed under the bureaucratic umbrella of the Department of Homeland Security, was initially established in 1865 to help combat the rise in counterfeiting that took place in that era. The protection of national leaders didn’t become a full-time responsibility until William McKinley was assassinated in 1901. Congress passed a law in 1917 making any threat against the president a federal crime, and the responsibility of investigating such threats often falls upon the Secret Service. Along with protecting presidents, the agency’s role in policing financial shenanigans was expanded when the 20th century’s technological revolution led to a rise in electronic financial transactions.

It should be noted in all of this, however, that the Secret Service has issued a response in which the agency denied any decreased capacity to carry out its missions, saying that the Boston Globe’s report was “not accurate and lacks a good deal of information.”

MUST Read about McDonalds~~~

Wednesday, October 21st, 2009

THIS IS A GOOD DECENT MAN WHO TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE THIS AND: HE SIGNED THE STATEMENT AND: INCLUDED HIS CONTACT INFO:

READ ON~~

I’m sure those of you who aren’t in the cattle business don’t understand the issues here. But to those of us whose living depends on the cattle market, selling cattle, raising the best beef possible…. This is frustrating.
This will keep us from ever stopping there again, even for a drink.
The original message is from the Texas Cattle Feeders Association
American cattle producers are very passionate about this.

McDonald’s claims that there is not enough beef in the USA to support their restaurants. Well, we know that is not so. Our opinion is they are looking to save money at our expense.. The sad thing of it is that the people of the USA are the ones who made McDonald’s successful in the first place, but we are not good enough to provide beef.

We personally are no longer eating at McDonald’s, which I am sure does not make an impact, but if we pass this around maybe there will be an impact felt.

All Americans that sell cows at a livestock auction barn had to sign a paper stating that we do NOT EVER feed our cows any part of another cow. South Americans are not required to do this as of yet.

McDonald’s has announced that they are going to start importing much of
their beef from South America. The problem is that South Americans aren’t under the same regulations as American beef producers, and the regulations they have are loosely controlled.

They can spray numerous pesticides on their pastures that have been banned here at home because of residues found in the beef. They can also use various hormones and growth regulators that we can’t. The American public needs to be aware of this problem and that they may be putting themselves at risk from now on by eating at good old McDonald’s.

American ranchers raise the highest quality beef in the world and this is
what Americans deserve to eat. Not beef from countries where quality is
loosely controlled. Therefore, I am proposing a boycott of
McDonald’s until they see the light.

I’m sorry but everything is not always about the bottom line, and when it
comes to jeopardizing my family’s health, that is where I draw the line.

I am sending this note to about thirty people. If each of you send it to at
least ten more (30 x 10 = 300) …
and those 300 send it to at l east ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000) …. and so
on, by the time the message reaches the sixth generation of people, we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers!

I’ll bet you didn’t think you and I had that much potential, did you? Acting
together we can make a difference. If this makes sense to you, please pass this message on…….

Gun laws.

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

As the U.S. Supreme Court makes its stately way into the new term, a case over the horizon promises to hit the 20,000 gun control laws in this country with the impact of a 9mm round.

The prep work came last year in District of Columbia vs. Heller. A narrow 5-4 majority struck down the gun control law in the nation’s capital, and for the moment settled an argument over just what the Second Amendment to the Constitution, part of the Bill of Rights, actually means.

The Second Amendment reads, “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

The argument has centered on whether that language means a state militia has a right to bear arms, or whether there is an individual constitutional right to have a weapon.

The Supreme Court majority, in an opinion written by conservative Justice Antonin Scalia, said it means there is an individual right to that Glock or Beretta.

The gun control debate can be an emotional one for those on either side of the fence, such as members of the National Rifle Association or the anti-handgun Brady Campaign. Many see it as a red state, blue state issue, part of that “culture war” or “Kulturkampf” characterized by Scalia in dissent in 1996, and by conservative Patrick Buchanan in a series of speeches.

Apparently, no issue provokes more fear in members of Congress with rural constituencies. Analysts in West Virginia have pointed out that the state voted Republican in the 2000 and 2004 presidential races, ensuring George W. Bush’s victory, in part from fear of gun control.

Scalia, however, said it all comes down to the meaning of words.

The Washington gun law banned handgun possession “by making it a crime to carry an unregistered firearm and prohibiting the registration of handguns,” and providing “separately that no person may carry an unlicensed handgun.” It did allow the police chief to issue 1-year licenses, but required those few authorized to own a firearm to keep them unloaded and dissembled, or made safe by a trigger lock.

Scalia’s opinion, handed down last June 26, said the handgun ban and the trigger lock requirement violated the Constitution: “The Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home.”

But what about that clause dealing with the militia?

Scalia calls it the “prefatory clause,” and calls the second part of the amendment, the one dealing with “the right of the people,” the “operative clause.”

The prefatory clause clarifies the amendment — sets up a justification for it — but “apart from that clarifying function, a prefatory clause does not limit or expand the scope of the operative clause,” Scalia said.

Moreover, the right to bear arms was not initially established in the Second Amendment, Scalia wrote. The amendment “codified a pre-existing right” dating back to the days when the Catholic English King James II tried to keep Protestants from obtaining weapons. Later, William and Mary guaranteed Protestants the right to bear arms in the Declaration of Rights, which became the English Bill of Rights.

But government is not powerless when it comes to regulating arms, the court majority said in the opinion’s syllabus:

“Like most rights, the Second Amendment right is not unlimited. It is not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose: For example, concealed weapons prohibitions have been upheld under the amendment or state analogs. The court’s opinion should not be taken to cast doubt on longstanding prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill, or laws forbidding the carrying of firearms in sensitive places such as schools and government buildings, or laws imposing conditions and qualifications on the commercial sale of arms.”

As sweeping as the opinion in Heller is, advocates of gun rights and gun control are waiting for the other shoe to drop this term.

Heller recognized an individual’s right to bear arms, but the Supreme Court still has to decide whether Heller should be extended beyond federal jurisdictions such as the District of Columbia to “every city, county, and state in the nation,” the Christian Science Monitor reports.

That question is central to McDonald vs. Chicago, a challenge to that city’s gun control registration restrictions, which the high court has agreed to hear later this year. Though not yet scheduled, the case should be heard sometime in January or later, with a ruling handed down before the end of the term in late June.

Among the questions in the case: How should the Bill of Rights be applied to the states, as opposed to the federal government — in the early days of the Republic, it was assumed that the first 10 amendments to the Constitution applied only to the federal government. It was only later that the courts, including the Supreme Court, used the 14th Amendment to apply them to state and local governments.

Legal Times correspondent Tony Mauro points out a group of liberal and conservative academics are pressing for a change, a “new pathway,” in the Chicago challenge.

For the most part, in the 20th century the courts have used the 14th Amendment’s “due process” clause — due process in its simplest meaning essentially describes fair treatment in the legal process — to make the states honor individual rights.

But, “that new pathway runs through the long-dormant ‘privileges or immunities’ clause of the 14th Amendment,” Mauro reports. “In the view of scholars and historians of all political stripes, the clause provides the strongest legal foundation for applying the Bill of Rights to the states. The language — ‘No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States’ — is broad and clear, advocates say, and could be used to incorporate the entire Bill of Rights to the states, wholesale.”

Legal niceties aside, McDonald vs. Chicago should have a real impact on the streets, especially if the five-justice majority in Heller decides the judgment in that case should apply nationwide.

The National Rifle Association says there are 20,000 “gun control” laws in states and local communities.

So far, no police department has filed a friend-of-the-court brief either supporting or opposing the Chicago challenge at the Supreme Court.

liberal vs conservative

Monday, October 19th, 2009

Saw this on as a comment on a news story. Thought it was the perfect explanation…

Conservative doesn’t like guns, he doesn’t buy one.
Liberal doesn’t like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

Conservative vegetarian, he doesn’t eat meat.
Liberal vegetarian wants all meat products banned for everyone.

Conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat his enemy.
Liberal wonders how to surrender, and still look good.

Conservative homosexual quietly leads his life.
Liberal homosexual demands legislated respect.

Black man or Hispanic Conservative see themselves as independently successful.
Liberal counterparts see themselves as victims in need of government protection.

Conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
Liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.

Conservative doesn’t like a talk show host, he switches radio stations or TV channels.
Liberals demand that those they don’t like be shut down.

Conservative is a non-believer, he doesn’t go to church.
Liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced…(unless it’s a foreign religion, of course)!

Conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or gets a job that provides it.
Liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.

If a Conservative slips and falls in a store, he gets up, laughs and is embarrassed.
Liberal slips and falls, he grabs his neck, moans like he’s in horrible pain and then sues.

AN ACTUAL CRAIG’S LIST PERSONALS AD

To the Guy Who Tried to Mug Me in Downtown Savannah night before last.

Date: 2009-05-27, 1:43 a.m. E.S.T.

I was the guy wearing the black Burberry jacket that you demanded that I hand over, shortly after you pulled the knife on me and my girlfriend, threatening our lives. You also asked for my girlfriend’s purse and earrings. I can only hope that you somehow come across this rather important message.

First, I’d like to apologize for your embarrassment; I didn’t expect you to actually crap in your pants when I drew my pistol after you took my jacket. The evening was not that cold, and I was wearing the jacket for a reason. My girlfriend had just bought me that Kimber Model 1911 .45 ACP pistol for my birthday, and we had picked up a shoulder holster for it that very evening. Obviously you agree that it is a very intimidating weapon when pointed at your head … isn’t it?!

I know it probably wasn’t fun walking back to wherever you’d come from with that brown sludge in your pants. I’m sure it was even worse walking bare-footed since I made you leave your shoes, cell phone, and wallet with me. [That prevented you from calling or running to your buddies to come help mug us again].

After I called your mother or “Momma” as you had her listed in your cell, I explained the entire episode of what you’d done. Then I went and filled up my gas tank as well as those of four other people in the gas station, — on your credit card. The guy with the big motor home took 150 gallons and was extremely grateful!

I gave your shoes to a homeless guy outside Vinnie Van Go Go’s, along with all the cash in your wallet. [That made his day!]

I then threw your wallet into the big pink “pimp mobile” that was parked at the curb … after I broke the windshield and side window and keyed the entire driver’s side of the car.

Later, I called a bunch of phone sex numbers from your cell phone. Ma Bell just now shut down the line, although I only used the phone for a little over a day now, so what ’s going on with that? Earlier, I managed to get in two threatening phone calls to the DA’s office and one to the FBI, while mentioning President Obama as my possible target.

The FBI guy seemed really intense and we had a nice long chat (I guess while he traced your number etc.).

In a way, perhaps I should apologize for not killing you … but I feel this type of retribution is a far more appropriate punishment for your threatened crime. I wish you well as you try to sort through some of these rather immediate pressing issues, and can only hope that you have the opportunity to reflect upon, and perhaps reconsider, the career path you’ve chosen to pursue in life. Remember, next time you might not be so lucky.Have a good day!

Thoughtfully yours,

Alex
